F1 Season is Underway and So Is My Slotcar
March 16th, 2010It is always exciting when new teams and new rules are introduced into a racing series. Formula 1 is one series that desperately needs rules changes to improve the entertainment value. Until last season, the same few teams were always on the podium. Ferrari, McLaren and the French. Williams used to be a contender, but that was long ago. BMW looked like it was close to a breakthrough but then designed some junk cars. Mercedes has a new team which is last years Braun team. The return of Michael Schumacher should add a few million more viewers to thei season. I was disappointed that MS only got 6th and even his mediocre team mate beat him. Shake off the rust Michael. Still my friends will soon be over with the latest scalextric F1 Mercedes to race on the slotcar track and my dad will make a custom 1 24 slot cars version of it once I get him the model.
